I think this has been asked before, but I cannot find answer from my
archives...
I'm using ATI Radeon SDR with TV-out (PAL) and I have CRT-projector attached
to TV-out. Thanks to ATI's automatic detection of TV, the card starts with
TV-out and maximum refresh rate supported is 50Hz. Unfortunately it doesn't
look that good on my monitor.
Is there some option that I can use in XF86Config-4 to enable/disable TV-out
or do I really have to disconnect S-Video cable each time I reboot to Linux?
I'm using XFree86 4.1.0 with "radeon" driver, but I can happily use CVS
version if it's needed. Also, if my CRT-projector is on while rebooting, ATI
incorrectly detects that there's no TV attached and disables TV-Out. Can I
use some/same option to force tv-out on if I need it? Is it possible to
toggle TV-out on the fly?
