Particularly not in Brain's case (Matrox dual head).
That card has one graphics chip driving two screens.

Even if it were theoretically possible to have two X servers driving
different displays on the same chip at the same time* I can't imagine
anyone with the skill bothering to take the time to write it - they
would probably find it easier to add support for Xinerama on some
but not all displays, which would be more widely useful.

*Note that running 2 X servers on one display/chip usually means
different virtual consoles, so only one server is active at a time.
