What video driver are you using? On my IBM I have an ATI Rage 128 Mobility. I've found I can get an external monitor to work (and of course the LCD monitor to work). However, I've also found that toggling using the hardware keys don't work. In essence I have to quit X and restart when I want to switch from LCD to External or vice versa. I am unable to get both the LCD and the External to work at the same time. -- (__) Doug Alcorn - Unix/Linux/Web Developing oo / PGP 02B3 1E26 BCF2 9AAF 93F1 61D7 450C B264 3E63 D543 |_/ mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] http://www.lathi.net _______________________________________________ Xpert mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://XFree86.Org/mailman/listinfo/xpert
