Ok, that explains this crash. Then the problem stays as described before: The 
touchscreen is initialized (KdMouseInfoAdd) and immediately deinitalized 
(KdMouseInfoDispose). If commenting out the KdMouseInfoDispose()-call in the 
function MouseInit() (in programs/Xerver/hw/kdrive/linux/mouse.c) the 
touchscreen is working perfectly but because of this ugly hack the Xserver 
segfaults on shutdown.

I'll try the current kernel (2.4.18-rmk3-hh7) but I don't think this will 
help. I'll keep you informed if it worked out.
