Those are driver bugs with hardware acceleration. Pixmap cache
problems from the looks of it. You'll probably want to add
Option "XAANoPixmapCache"
Option "XaaNoOffscreenPixmaps"
to your Section "Device" on the offending card to disable the
acceleration that's probably broken.
