Hi,
you should read the server log.

There are 2 logs:
1. sesman log (/var/log/xrdp-sesman.log or running "xrdp-sesman -nodaemon")
2. xrdp log (it is visible only running "xrdp -nodaemon > myfile.log")

You should read the first one (running "xrdp-sesman -nodaemon" gives
you more details). I suspect there is no Xvnc password file for the
user. keep in mind that xrdp+Xvnc actually require 2 password:

1. Unix password for connecting to xrdp
2. Password for xrdp connecting to Xvnc (this can be stored in a file,
avoiding you enter 2 different password...)
