Did some tests in the morning to see what's going. It seems that the sink_process is sometimes running and it sometimes is not. In order to get it to run, I've had to disconnect/reconnect and reboot the Xubuntu 14.04 x64 session a couple of times. About 100% of the time right now PulseAudio is not redirecting sound with Parole or VLC, but only with a Google Chrome Youtube session. Majority of the tests from 10:55am to 11:50am where disconnecting and reconnecting a session from MSTSC to XRDP. At approximately 11:52am and onwards, I was rebooting the machine everytime to get the results I have. Attached is a screencap of PulseAudio Manager. Everything seems to be setup correctly.
