Due to life changes for both Monica and myself, I have made a very difficult
decision. This list will cease operations on April 30, 1999. It has been
a great time, but neither Monica or I have the time to do the administrative
side of the list.
Monica has recently has major surgery and is on the mend, but is also
increasing her bird breeding stock again. Raising baby birds is a full
time job, plus she has expanded other businss ventures as well.
I have recently changed jobs and have a side business as well. Also we
recently lost my father-in-law and are dealing with changes that come
from all that. My son is growing up fast (16 already) and I would like
to see him once in a while as well. Plus my work with Emergency Managment
is taking more time as we gear up for the year 2000. And I will be going
back to school so I can really improve my job situation. The list is not
the only thing I am giving up, and it is not because of anything other than
the time requirements in the management of the list.
You guys have been great and I will miss you all.
There are many other stitching lists on the web and they will be happy to
have you, some
of you are on them as well. Who knows I may pop in there once in a while
and say hi.
Now, the rules are still in place until the end! We will expand the topics
to include other
lists that you know and like so that you can all find these lists. But
other than
that let's stay on topic!
