Thinking about it some more, I suspect that having the two patch logs
(147 and 148) in there will probably be alright.  I think the problem
with patch-147 and patch-148 was that patch-147 added all the emacs
files and patch-148 removed them.  In the case of my patch-79, it will
add the log files but none of the emacs files, so it should probably be
fine.
