Yes,  we  have  discussed   that  already.  For  now,  the  "official"
documentation is the wiki. It's easier for other people to contribute. 
My  position  was that  xtla  should  be  self-documented as  much  as
possible, and the  manual should be short and  almost useless for most
people,  since M-x  customize-group RET  xtla RET,  the menu,  and the
docstrings should be sufficient in most cases. 

However, xtla is becoming big, and will need a real manual on day ...
