Just pushed another two changes to my mirror.

Installation for XEmacs is now just a:
./configure --with-emacs=xemacs
make install-pkg 

That's it, no more .emacs hacking or hand work.

I updated INSTALL and the Makefiles.

GNU Emacs users, please check if the locations for
installing lisp/info files are sane (I am not sure about the
directory structure here) and if auto-autoloads.el and
custom-load.el are also required for you.
