On behalf of the list, I actually think that this was a great message to go to the list. I can definitely understand your feelings. It took well over a year for Linux to finally "click" for me. I still have trouble sometimes. I think that the community needs to keep in mind just how difficult Linux can be for new users sometimes. Not everyone wants to be a computer enthusiast who knows the software inside and out. And that's okay. I've recently noticed that a TON of Linux users have a massive burden of knowledge.
