I used to use Konqueror when I used Fedora (*that* long ago), but at
that time it was mostly broken as a browser, and had one of the ugliest
interfaces I have ever seen.

I have most of the KDE libs already, for other software, so I just
installed konq — interestingly, one of its dependencies is called dolphin4.

The opening page is missing its icons, which looks tacky. But the file
manager is pretty good — thanks for the hint. As it's actually a web
browser, it's probably bigger than most people would want, who just want
a file browser.
