Hi, after taking a brief look into $HOME/.config I suspect in $HOME/.config/xfce4/xfconf/xfce-perchannel-xml/xfce4-panel.xml and in $HOME/.config/xfce4/panel/ perhaps $HOME/.config/menus/xfce-applications.menu and other, too.
