Hi,
I've just bought an acer ferrari 5005, with the ATI mobility radeon
X1600 graphics card.
I can get this to work with the vesa-driver, but only with 1400x1050
depth 24, but this won't
even show circular object as circular, but ovals....
I should really like to have it run with 1680x1050, which is what the
spec says at acer.

Q1: Has anyone got an xorg.conf which works better with this cart?
Q2: Does anyone knows if there is a plan for porting the driver to
solaris
Q3: I can't get the audio-device to work properly either - any
suggestions?
ATI SB450 HDA Audio
This should also be a faster machine, but it seems slower than my
"old" Dell Latitude D800 with nVidia-builtin.
