Just to narrow things down if 1.0-9755 driver does not work then try 
reinstalling the driver that was working fine for you in build 59 
(Driver VERSION=1.0.9629,REV=2006.11.01.20.02) and reboot.

You can find the 1.0.9629 driver at:

ps: In summary:
      Nevada Build 62 has the driver version 1.09637
      Nevada Build 59 had the driver version 1.0.9629
      Latest from Nvidia is the driver version 1.0-9755

      With this exercise you could narrow down if the driver is the culprit.
