I have never seen "hanging particles problem" in YADE. I always used meshes (facets) for my tasks and I am pretty satisfied with that, and truly never checked the code, as I never saw a strange particle behavior between facets and spheres. It "just works".
Recently I just asked in ML developers opinion on that topic and Vaclav recommended me to use facets instead of boxes. http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/msg00315.html ______________________________ [ENG] Best Regards [GER] Mit freundlichen Grüßen [RUS] С наилучшими пожеланиями [UKR] З найкращими побажаннями Anton Gladkyy 2010/1/18 Bruno Chareyre <[email protected]> > What is the current situation in Yade?
