Hi, you're right about implicit builds, the scanner is quite stupid and was thinking it had to link to libVue3D. There was support only for #ifdef YADE_* ... #endif now, which would skip include directives in-between based on enabeld features.
I added handling of #ifndef YADE_* as well in r2042. Beware, the feature macro must begin with YADE_. Now #ifndef YADE_CGAL should work.
