Hi, Vaclav! It seems, I have found the commit, which makes me problem on one of my machine. It is a very strange situation. I have 4 machines for simulation. And only one of them react on this problem.
I will try to explain. Last week I started a simulation on i7 4xcore machine. After couple of hours I realized, that all spheres are gone! But the same script is working perfectly on other machines. Spheres are starting to disappear after first step of simulation and within next 100-200 iterations they are gone. This is the simulation of granular media with ViscoElastic (Sega's) constitutive law. I even reinstalled the OS on this computer (Lucid, other machines have the same OS), thinking, that the problem can be in some broken libraries. But it did not solve the problem. I started to compile different yade revisions and found, that the problem appears with commit 2399. 2398 works normally, but 2399 and later do not work. Please, could you not double check those commit? I will try to provide a script, but now it is a very complicated one with relatively difficult geometry. I will try to simplify it. But I think the problem is in interacting between facets and spheres. The problem appears, when I start to "move" facets pushing spheres. After a contact, they start to move very fast and then disappear at all. It is very strange, that the problem persist not on all machines with the same OS. I would very appreciate your help. Thanks. Anton
