By "only flags", I meant no physical parameters. Previous Vaclav's proposal is 
on the same
line : parameters in bodies, translation into interaction physics in functor 
using
matchmakers (matchmaker are not a physical parameters, more sub-functors). So, 
I have no
objection of principle.

I have a few reserves however. In my experience, the more advanced 
functionalities are
used, the more it will need me time to maintain the code. It is also more 
difficult for
one reading the code. So, please Chiara, don't do that if you don't really need 
it (i.e.
if you don't plan to test dozens of averaging formula), and better keep the 
hardcoded
harmonic average we have now.
