You could create a list of clumps and iterate on it to remove the global loop 
on bodies and isinstance check.
You can also remove the "j" loop since it is 2D, no?

In c++, you could define a recorder that would contain the list of
integrated angles and increment them at each step. It would be a lot
faster probably.
