Ah, you need to go through some basic git tutorial. You can start here:
https://git-scm.com/book/en/v1/Getting-Started and
https://yade-dem.org/doc/github.html
The command which you need to run in terminal in the directory where you
previously did "git clone ...." is the command "git pull".
