Hello daiyi666, I'm sorry to hear that you're still having problems with this.
Have you tried the Preferences settings? Under the Webcam tab, there is a Video and Permissions buttons. You hit the Permissions button, and delete the listed names. In fact, I usually only have the "Always ask for my permission" button checked. But the problem doesn't seem to be with your settings. It's your contacts are the ones who need to change their settings for you to see them. I think. Have they said that they are able to send their video to other users? I'm sorry that I'm not help to you, but maybe we can get a Windows guy to tell us what needs to be selected.
