Hello all,

   This is Alan in Las Vegas. For the last couple of weeks I've been 
having a problem using the Phone Out feature which I had been using 
sucessfully for the last couple of months. My setup is a shown in the 
subject area above.

---> The problem started a week or two ago when I logged on to YM and 
was prompted to download a new version. Everything installed smoothly 
but when I used it for the first time and tried to use "Phone Out" it 
would not call out. I then noticed that I did not see the credit for 
the money that I had before I upgraded. Clicking on the words "Phone 
Out" showed a screen that DID verify that I had money in my account. 
The problem that the credit is not showing on my YM screen, which it 
must before I can use it to call out. As a result, I cannot use those 
credits to call out. <---

   I have sent several e-mails to billing and they seem to be stumped 
as to what is happening. They keep telling me that there is credit in 
my Phone Out account.
