@Xuan, +1 on supporting a set of application types to filter on. Unfortunately, 
it will require more changes if you are up for it. We could change the 
ClientRMProtocol api for getApplications to take in a set of application types.

Please take a look at the GnuParser options api in more detail. Possible 
solutions could be to use --list --apptype <apptype1> --apptype <apptype2> or 
--list <list of comma separate app types>. In both cases, args.length is not 
needed
