bq. Can we at least standardize on one set of definitions?
Will update in next patch to make use of default delimiter/escape characters by
calling just split methods. And also will remove UID_ESCAPE_CHAR and
UID_DELIMETER_CHAR character constants from TimelineUIDConverter class.
