bq. This is the reason that MiniHDFSCluster and MiniYARNCluster are both
required dependencies for the test to run.
MiniHDFSCluster is not even used in code at all.....
Can you remove the TestApiService from this patch and all the changes to
followup patch ? because that's what needed by followup patches. Let's focus
on one thing at a time.
