Thanks [~yufeigu] for the patch. It looks good, have a couple of minor nits:
* Can you fix the link for FS configuration from the main
{{ReservationSystem.md}} page as we just had a placeholder.
* Fix the {{CapacityOverTimePolicy}} code comment.
