Regarding the deprecation warnings: I do not want to annotate methods using
{{FairSchedulerConfiguration.RM_SCHEDULER_INCREMENT_ALLOCATION_VCORES}} or
{{FairSchedulerConfiguration.RM_SCHEDULER_INCREMENT_ALLOCATION_MB}} with
{{@SuppressWarning}} because it may mask other issues in the future, I also
don't want to remove the {{@Deprecated}} annotations from those constants. I
think it's best to accept these warnings.
