Fixing some of the checkstyle.
{{TestAMRMClientONRMRestart}} is an existing issue.
{{TestOpportunisticContainerAllocationE2E}} works fine for me locally. But it
is a bit flaky, and the reason is due to how tags are added and removed for
opportunistic containers. WIll provide a proper fix in YARN-7752
