Hi [~yufeigu] , thank you for your suggestions. As Wangda give the comments
regarding FairScheduler part, I'll focus on CS part first. We could discuss
further if the situation changes. Meanwhile, I will update the patch according
to Wangda's comments. Please let me know if you have any other comments or
suggestions. Thanks!
