I remember we discussed before that {{Resource.getResources}} method need to do
filtering for ResourceInformation. It seems it is not part of the patch. Is
there any follow up JIRAs?
In addition, this patch doesn't change resourcemanager code, which means no UTs
run for resourcemanager. From the scope of the patch it should not likely
change the rm logics. But I think if we need to do the follow up Jira like I
mentioned above, we definitely needs to run rm-related unit tests.
