Thanks [~cheersyang] for taking a look.
Since this processor is directly calling {{Scheduler#attemptAllocationOnNode}}
for each scheduling requests, am not able to get your point. Can you please
elaborate? Also, YARN-1963 is taking care of app priorities in Queues.
