Apologize for the long delay..
The patch looks good [[email protected]]. But as [~cheersyang]'s mentioned,
app priority is taken into consideration only if the queue ordering is FIFO. It
might make sense to check what the ordering policy of the queue and if the
policy is FIFO, then use the Priority Executor.
