[~Jim_Brennan] Those issues are Ozone specific, and filed on behave of Ozone.
This issue has been around much longer and the problem can be solved using
proper maven design flow. Jenkins and Maven are designed to run maven release
process without calling profiles, this is the reason that I didn't just add
-Pdocker to make this issue go away for dev. There are already a few offenders
native/yarn-ui/dist. The incorrect procedures don't scale in the long run for
release process. It might be useful to learn the correct solutions than bash
release manager's head against Jenkins.
