The docker group grants privileges equivalent to the root user. For details on

Suggesting normal users to run builds with equivalent of root user access is a
non-starter and severely limits users as well as provides a huge security risk.
Suggesting docker group addition as a viable build setup is gross under-stating
of the consequences.
