I agree with [~ebadger]. Suddenly today I am unable to build trunk. Shouldn't
a change this significant have been preceded by some kind of announcement?
The referenced discussion about Ozone did not alert me at all. I honestly
thought that discussion was about the automated apache builds.
Also, as [~ebadger] said, requiring me to either remove docker or change group
settings for it is unreasonable.
I think there should be build switch or something to enable this mode of
building.
