For the single placement node, that is confusing, I think we can just remove it.
"Initial check: node has been removed from scheduler"
"Initial check: node resource is insufficient for minimum allocation"
"Queue skipped because node has been reserved"
"Queue skipped because node resource is insufficient"
and for the locality,
"Node skipped because of no off-switch and locality violation" -> "Node skipped
because node/rack locality cannot be satisfied"
