-1 on manual regexes in favor of code reuse. 99.9% of YARN users will never
change this conf. Simple globs I was suggesting already cover even
AppMaster.stderr.
In ContainerLaunch#getErrorLogTail
get rid of
{code}
if (containerLogDir == null) {
return null;
}
{code}
it cannot be null
