Okay, that makes sense. As long as we have a reasonable default that no-one
touches in practice (like the AM-liveliness configs), we are good.
Also yarn.app.lifetime.monitor.interval-sec ->
yarn.resourcemanager.app-timeouts-monitor.interval-sec ?
