HI [~Tao Jie], I think we need not have to modify some apis in 
{{RmAdminProtocol}}, We could add a new api itself. If there is a clear 
usecase, i think there is no issue in adding an api.
But its better we discuss  more in that. Looping [[email protected]] 
and [~leftnoteasy].
