OK, as there was no decision so far and the discussion has apparently
died although it's blocking the development, *I suggest to use RSpec*
for all the new tests. There are just a few test in, e.g., Services
Manager that might need partial rewriting because they use Test::Unit
but that's it.
Is anybody against this suggestion? Please write also if you agree with it.
