Dear Comrades I had an opportunity to read their statement emanating from the Conference in which comrade mafika base the position of KZN from. Cdes we need time to apply our minds, research, consult relevent bodies of our socierty and to discuss this matter very seriously. I feel that there are many things we need to consider when we talk about the reality versus diversity and human rights versus cultural diversity. Any piece of legislation has its own impications so we also have to consider how are we going to sirvive in the next 15 years if we legalize prostitution and what will happen if we don't legalize it. I request that we have an open, frank, comradely and extensive discusion about this matter. I don't want us to face same challenges we faced about the lagislation on abortion and marriage of identical sexual beings. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
