Mayihlome Ihlasele!

Comrades I have noted with dismay that if there is anything Polokwane
Conference failed to achieve it was nothing but to refine or develop  a
lobbying policy and furthermore a way of managing differences. Not that our ANC
has got know strategies instill and allows discipline to flow well when dealing
with political matters but the fact Documents such as Conduct of The New Cadre,
Through the Eye of the Needle are only being consulted and put into use when
people have got agendas. The other problem is thge fact lobbying is reduced to
AUTOCRACY and DICTATORSHIP but in a very malicious SPECIAL WAY. Nowadays in our
organization when leadership is elected at the national level, it makes sure at
provinces, regions,sub-regions mdm structures their fuction emerges as
executives.IN ONE ORGANIZATION.ANC. OK maybe that could not be much of a bigger
problem should this so called allies and faction, friends u name it leads this
EXECUTIVE COMMITTEES from the level of
branches, subregions regions and pecs depending or satisfying the so called
lobbying. its only wrong when incapabl comrades are benefitting from this
abusive lobbying which defeats the culture  of our movements. SOMETHING SO VERY
BAD COULD SO NICELY LOBBIED BETTER SOMETHING VERY GOOD BECAUSE OF THIS ABUSIVE
LOBBYING. Scenario: if u move into the community you find a group 200 YOUNG
PEOPLE and you humbly request to VOLUNTEER CLEANING THE VILLAGE ONLY 2% MIGHT
PARTICIPATE BUT IF YOU LETS GO TO SESHEGO AND MmaLebogo is WITCHCRAFT You'll
have the whole 98% chanting slogans and supportive of such excise. Let's find a
way to kill blocks and block votings cause it doesn't benefit us in only build
an ANC within ANC YOU EITHER belong this block or the other. leaders at
NATIONAL LEVEL must destroy this tendencies. If am your best friend and am
staying in Northern Cape but am still a political toddler neva lobby heavy
highly decicive positions using this ABUSIVE
LOBBYING  so you could have a group of YES MANs from Branches BEcs to PEcs.
let's support our orgarnizational democracy. leaders real leaders doenst fear
challenges. Also someting part of this ABUSIVE LOBBYING is that when comrades
wants to emerge as leaders they turn to sacrifice our leaders marketing
themselves using Julius Malema, Buti Manamela,Cassel Mathale, Ace Magashule,
Besani,Ally Boshielo,Cde Paul Mashatile to mention but few as the marketing
brand by saying they're belong either of them. we need name and this
opportunists and carreists cause when they practice ABUSIVE LOBBYING they turn
a group of few poor and hungry starving young people turn into
EMOTIONALISTS,INSULTISTS,MALICIOUS SLOGANISTS and feed them with beer and
vetkoeks so they insults other leaders so they advance their masters lobbying
agendas but contrarily this masters do noithing to help them advance their
futures. All am saying is that it also wont if we reduce ourselves to
this kind of comrades. I am one of the young people who fought and sweat in
Managaung for our leadership to emerge and Cde Julius becomes so even I may
hold contrary views and feels the way he does in not by our resolutiond i may
also not temped to allow this forum to insult him or buti, blade cde jeremy or
any other leaders elected by congresss of branches because for now cde Julius
is still the face of the ANCYL if we shame him we are also SHAMING the image of
the ANCYL. No one said the president can never go wrong but there are provision
in our constitution that helps in this regard. Let us respect the President of
ANCYL. IF President Malema wrongs he wrongs in our name and we gave him powers
to protect and defend the ANC and ANCYL and if he's not doing that I what you
need must beging cdalling for an NGC so that branches might be able to review
and evaluate the work of the NEC FINISH & KLAAR!!!!!!!!Let stop attacking our
leaders!

It is really suprising, when Julius attack one of our own in the MDM
atructures nothing is said, when one of our own in the MDM respond to
Julius we are told that "let us not engage in petty politics" are
these cde whom Julius attack not part of us , like Thabo Mbeki when he
called him a coward, what he said about Zola Skweyiya, Naledi Pandor,
Blade Nzimandze to name just a few, plz let us stop playing fool. I am
not trying to justify waht Jeremeny Cronin did, if he is wrong he is
wrong but let us not allow Julius to dictate. These are some of the
things that led to many African countries being led by Dictators
because they started by tasting the waters and saw that no one will
stand against them, and eventually boom DICTACTORSHIP was the order of
the day.

Julius need to grow up politically and stop behaving like a Daila
Ilama of the MDM and especially The ANC. I am a member of the YL and
very concerned of what Julius is saying about a lot of issues, when we
raise our concerns we are told to seize fire and play the man not the
ball but he is the one who start playing the man and not the ball.
This double standards must come to an end. Julius is not our demi god
and blind loyalty is killing our org.
