There is no way to screen, except for spam.

The way to do the right thing is to do it.

The problem here is not so much that there are people who play the man too
much. Those will always be there and we can cope with them in public.

The problem with this debate is that there are too few contributors to the
substance of the discussion. Even those who are in favour of more
substantial engagement are saying so, but not doing it. They are only
promising (or as Cde Maki Ndabeni used to say, "threatening") to contribute.

I think that when we get a few more definite opinions on the matter, we will
be fine, and comrades will not want to go back to the "ad hominem".
