Well comrades I might have cought the discussion at the end, but however the
relevent perpose to us is to aply analysis on the matter so that it should have
idiological content but trough my observation we are all discussing this matter
without considering diological points and this cant be it from a communist
forum.

I also want to thank a well thought out discussion brought to our
attention by comrade Sabelo

I firstly want to emphasize the following: within the revolution we have
various types of responsibilities that are entrusted to leaders. To
mention few, we have foot soldiers, Strategists and the Technocrats who
must assist on the ongoing of the revolution and that by its nature is
education.

We also have got the informal education that informs the formal education
at it action and that on its own is based on understanding the material
condition on the ground and be able to transform the society, that does
not seek any grade in terms of knowledge. The knowledge of the
bookwormarist had always arrived to compatriots been distorted hence there
is always the battles of understanding with most of the bookwormarist.

Also that does not mean that we must disregard the knowledge we find from
formal education because the transformation of the society we are living
within require is to become researchers of our own conditions as to where
would we want to reach with letting our community acknowledge its own role
to the kind of the state we want to leave in, that need leadership and
correct political direction.

What can bring about quality of leadership in my view I think is the
combination of the available categories that makes quality leadership and
that can equally be attained with or without any requirements in a form of
grade or standard. I think it always needs individuals to become
courageous and committed to the course of the revolution.

In any way comrade Sabelo you have a very genuine point in this discussion
paper and I also want to indicate that maybe sometimes lets avail
ourselves to our communities to teach our members about what is a leader
with reference to the old teachings such as those outlined in Lenin " What
is to be done" in my view I think it is going to assist most of our
comrades.

Thank my leader
