Comrades If the mdia reports are really true about the rejection of inputs from the mother body in resolving the ANCYL differences and there is no another calm and constructive approach coming from the leadeship, surely things have not gone well in our youth leaders. A matured leader will not push fighing in situations like these, a matured leadership would have resolved the conflict in an inclusive approach and compromise. Hopefully this is not how many young leaders belive its a proper way of handling conflicts in an organisation, otherwise there is more spade work to be done.
