He has a traceable political credentials but am not sure if Manyi can be able to communicate such achievements. I'm not saying he is the spokesperson of Higher Education but I mean if confronted with government questions related to higher education, I doubt if he can be equal to bring a proper expression to the path in which we are travelling on HE. He has dismally failed to convince us that among others Trevor's name is under discussion.
