The 10th April 2015 marked the 22nd Anniversary of the brutal assassination of comrade Chris Hani, who was the SACP General Secretary, leader of the African National Congress (ANC) and also the Commissar and Chief of Staff of our People’s Liberation Army, Umkhonto weSizwe. SACP Mpumalanga Province will commemorate the revolutionary life and times of Comrade Chris Hani, a disciplined cadre of the movement, and celebrate his contribution in our struggle for liberation and socialism.
