I don't think it can. But in addition to my own sometimes idiosyncratic tagging, a quick way to add a few of the most common tags, which I often do just because I want to ensure that something is discoverable by the larger community, isn't a bad thing! As it is, I often browse who else has marked a resource and if there are some obvious tags that are being used, I'll go back and add them. > easily done with del for URLs. so you could do a search aggregator > across tagging web services?
